OUTREACH AND ADMISSION SENIOR EXECUTIVE

=DREAMS (Singapore) Limited is a first-of-its-kind secular, co-ed weekday residential model that provides after-school academic and holistic support to promising and aspiring children from low-income households. She aims to empower them to dream of a future where they are not limited by family circumstances.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Outreach & Admission Senior Officer. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing outreach strategies and managing the admission procedures. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, experience in marketing or business development, knowledge of student recruitment and admission, and a passion for engaging diversified communities.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma or Degree in any field
  • 4 years of experience in business development or related field with knowledge in student recruitment, with a proven track record of success
  • Dynamic, committed and value building authentic relationships with diverse communities, families and professionals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in crafting effective messaging for diverse audiences
  • Ability to be strategic and operational, to organise and oversee the projects/events from end-to-end
  • Be a self-starter and a team player: effectively contribute to individual and team’s success
  • Experience of working with children, youth and/or low-income families is preferred

2. Qualify and convert inquiries into firm applications, helping drive new enrolments

  • To be a brand ambassador who understands the =DREAMS value proposition and appreciates individual parent and scholar needs to effectively communicate the proposition to prospective families
  • Attend to enquiries, application and admission matters including reviewing all applications, conducting assessments and arranging for interviews
  • Advising applicants regarding admissions requirements, eligibility, programmes, residency requirements and other matters related to their admission =DREAMS Campus
  • Point of contact for new scholars and their parents over the initial induction perio
Responsibilities
  1. Outreach to grow intake and develop recruitment channels
  • Developing partnerships with Schools , community organisations and other stakeholders to develop an active pipeline to potential Scholars
  • Curate and deliver admissions related outreach events such as social media contents, tours in campus and off- campus, visiting Schools, speaks at events and coordinate community workshops
  • Design and implement a recruitment strategy such as talent spotters initiative, to activate and strengthen the outreach channels
  • Develop and manage volunteers to support recruitment efforts, providing training and guidance as needed
