About the Role Part-Time (20-30 Hours a week) 1099 Status On Site Monday-Friday (Charlotte, NC) We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is critical in helping Aruza attract and hire top talent for field service, sales, and operational positions. The ideal candidate has at least one year of recruiting experience, thrives in a high-volume environment, and brings a strong sense of urgency and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Source, screen, and qualify candidates for service technician, outside sales, and support roles across multiple branches. Manage job postings on Indeed, LinkedIn, and other platforms to maximize applicant flow. Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers to ensure a smooth hiring process. Maintain accurate candidate records within our ATS and ensure compliance with Aruza hiring standards. Build effective talent pipelines through proactive outreach, networking, and industry engagement. Support hiring initiatives such as job fairs, open houses, and recruiting events. Provide a positive candidate experience through timely communication and follow-up. Partner with branch leadership to understand staffing needs and adapt recruiting strategies accordingly. Assist with onboarding coordination and ensure new hires have a seamless transition into the company. Requirements Qualifications 1+ year of recruiting experience (in-house or agency) preferred. Experience recruiting hourly, field-based, or home services roles preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple positions at once. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and major job boards. High level of urgency, accountability, and self-motivation. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
