About the Role Lumi is looking for a Part-Time Copywriter who can craft clear, persuasive, and compliant copy that feels genuine and engaging—not like a robot or a pharma brochure! We are specifically looking for a talented writer based in Latin America, South America, or Europe who has a proven track record of writing for US-based e-commerce or healthcare brands. In this role, you’ll be a key player in supporting our marketing, growth, and patient communications. If you understand US consumer psychology and can adapt your tone to resonate with patients in a highly regulated space, we want to meet you. Key Responsibilities Performance Copywriting: Write and edit high-converting copy for Email & SMS campaigns, Landing Pages, Paid Ads (Meta, Google), and Social Media. Tone Mastery: Pivot between educational, supportive, and high-urgency conversion styles while maintaining a "human" feel. Strategic Collaboration: Work with our Creative Director and Marketing team (US-based) to execute launches. Compliance & Consistency: Ensure all messaging hits the sweet spot between "exciting" and "medically compliant." Data-Driven Iteration: Use performance feedback and A/B test results to sharpen your hooks and CTAs. Requirements US Market Expertise: Must have a portfolio showcasing work for US-based companies (E-commerce, DTC, or Healthcare preferred). Telehealth/Regulated Industry Experience: You understand the nuance of writing for HIPAA-adjacent services or wellness products. Conversion Focus: You don't just write "pretty" prose; you write to drive action. Native-Level English: Flawless command of American English idioms, grammar, and cultural nuances. Timezone Alignment: Ability to work during US Pacific Standard Time hours. Independent Pro: Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment across distributed teams. Nice to Have Experience specifically in the Weight Management or GLP-1 space. Knowledge of basic marketing metrics (CTR, CVR) and how they should influence copy changes.
