The responsibilities and weekly tasks for this role are flexible based on business needs, but may include the following:

  • Administrative support to the Executive Assistant / Office Manager on various task needs (filing, processing invoices, standard office responsibilities)
  • Inventory management of office supplies, breakroom needs, and business materials
  • Shipping / receiving for all departments
  • Operational support for larger-scale projects related to ERP adoption or other business strategies
  • Various support responsibilities for any of the four corporate departments: Finance/Accounting, Marketing/Operations, IT, and HR, as projects arise
  • Coverage of the front desk area when the EA/OM is absent. This includes customer service, phone supervision, and all other building needs as instructed
  • Communicate with supervisor on the status of all projects assigned, and keep on top of deadlines
  • Partner with all corporate employees as needed to make sure open communication is achieved and all invested parties are kept informed of project needs
  • Keep up with training and development offered for this role, as well as other options for personal and professional development provided. Take advantage of opportunities to improve skills along the way
  • All other duties as assigned

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience working in a customer-service environment

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

  • Excellent customer service skills
