POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for the counting and movement of cash assets from the gaming floor. Under the supervision of the Operations Manager or Count Supervisor, this role contributes to a safe and welcoming work environment for all employees. Ensures adherence to all policies and procedures. and positively contributes to an entrepreneurial culture that is nimble, energized growth oriented, to self motivate and lead by example. EDUCATION & QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma required
Customer service skills
Strong mathematical skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Second language an asset
Ability to be adaptable and flexible with work schedule
Smart Serve certification
Required lifting up to 50 pounds and pushing a cart up to 250 pounds
Ability to obtain and maintain registration as a Gaming Assistant with the Alcohol and Gaming
Commission of Ontario

Counts bills, coins and cash equivalents
Organizes and secures storage of count carts, drop boxes, drop buckets and bill cartridges for count
pulls
Pulling drop boxes out of slot machines and replacing with new drop boxes
Monitors and reports all discrepancies and suspicious cash activities
Verifies and reconciles before and after counts
Bags, bundles, secures and transports counts
Provides information for reporting purposes
Communicates effectively with all appropriate operational departments
Develops and cultivates strong working relationships with all stakeholders: guests, ownership,
regulatory bodies, and employees
Contributes toward workplace health, safety, and wellness initiatives.
Anticipates operational and service issues before they escalate, trouble-shoots and resolves guest
concerns before they are complaints.
Performs other duties as assigned or directed and assist other co-workers as needed
