JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Parts & Service Advisor to join our team. The Parts & Service Advisor will be responsible for assisting customers in purchasing marine and motorsports parts and accessories, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining inventory accuracy.
Schedule
- Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Duties:
- Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct motorsports/marine parts and accessories
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, offering product recommendations, and processing orders
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are adequate
- Collaborate with the service department to fulfill parts orders in a timely manner
- Process payments, handle cash transactions, and maintain financial records
- Utilize market knowledge to recommend suitable parts for customer needs
- Utilize math skills for inventory management and pricing calculations
- Scheduling customer service
- Communicate with the customer about their vehicle repair needs and relaying information to the service technicians
Experience:
- Previous experience in powersports repair or dealership settings is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and sales management skills
- Ability to negotiate effectively with customers and suppliers
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures
- Familiarity with Excel or similar software for inventory tracking
