For more information about the University, please visit https://www.hkmu.edu.hk We are now looking for a suitable person to fill the following position in the School of Arts and Social Sciences: Major Duties and Responsibilities The appointee will be responsible mainly for the following: supervising master students for their research projects; providing supervision for students; attending students’ oral presentations of project proposals and reports; and conducting assessment accordingly. Candidates Candidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence for the relevant course(s) are specified as follows: Master of Arts in Cultural and Heritage Tourism CAHT 8020AEF CAHT 8020AEF /CAHT 8020ACF 文化及保育旅遊研究報告 Applicants should hold a higher degree, preferably a doctorate, in Heritage or Cultural Studies, History, Social Sciences, Tourism, or a related discipline. The ability to instruct students in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua is required, along with experience in guiding individual research projects. Relevant expertise in quantitative research at the tertiary level would be an advantage. Master of Arts in Chinese Literature CHIN 8109ACF 中國文學研究計劃 Applicants should possess a higher degree in Chinese Language and Literature or a relevant discipline, and should demonstrate teaching/professional experience. Preference will be given to PhD holders with relevant teaching experience at tertiary level. Candidates are expected to be proficient in both Cantonese and Putonghua. Duration of Appointment The appointees will be required to work for the period from January 2026 to September 2026 for a maximum of 17 hours per week. Responsibilities
