Based in Pittsburgh, PA, Arbors Management has been providing high-quality housing solutions since 1982. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Custodian to help maintain one of our family residential communities in Fairmont. Role Overview: As a part-time Custodian, you will play a key role in ensuring our residents have a clean and safe place to live. This position focuses on the upkeep of common areas and assisting with the preparation of apartment units for new families. Key Responsibilities: Common Area Maintenance: Clean and sanitize hallways, laundry rooms, entryways, and community spaces. Unit Turnovers: Occasionally assist the maintenance team with removing garbage and deep cleaning of vacated apartments to get them ready for new tenants. Waste Management: Ensure the grounds and dumpster areas are free of debris. Safety: Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the Property Manager. Qualifications: Experience: Previous cleaning or custodial experience preferred but not required. Reliability: Must be dependable and able to work independently. Physical Ability: Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs. Background: Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
