Part-Time Custodian – $13–$15/hr Location: Creedmoor, NC (Granville County) Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday | Day & Evening Shifts One location: 3 days per week Second location: 2 days per week Pay: $13–$15/hour (DOE) Job Overview CornerClean, LLC is hiring a dependable Part-Time Custodian to maintain two commercial office buildings in Creedmoor, NC. This role involves detailed cleaning of office spaces, restrooms, and shared common areas on a consistent weekly schedule across two locations. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. This is a steady part-time opportunity with structured routes and clear expectations. What You’ll Do Clean and maintain office buildings on a set schedule across two locations Empty trash and recycling and replace liners Dust and disinfect high-touch surfaces (doors, handles, switches, fixtures) Clean restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and dispensers Clean breakrooms and kitchen areas, including countertops and appliances Vacuum carpets, rugs, and traffic areas Sweep and mop hard floors, including edges and corners Clean glass doors, windows, and entryways Restock supplies as needed Complete occasional detailed cleaning and floor care tasks as assigned Follow cleaning checklists and maintain quality standards What We’re Looking For Previous cleaning or janitorial experience required Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions Reliable transportation to job sites in Creedmoor Strong attention to detail and consistency Comfortable with physical work (standing, bending, lifting) Dependable and punctual work ethic Ability to manage time across two locations What We Offer Consistent part-time evening schedule On-the-job training provided All cleaning supplies and equipment provided (site-required rags/mop heads may apply) Structured route with clear expectations Opportunities for additional hours and advancement within CornerClean About CornerClean CornerClean, LLC has provided professional commercial cleaning services since 1993 across Wake, Franklin, Granville, Warren, and Vance Counties.
