Description QuikCut, LLC is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Custodian to maintain cleanliness and hygiene across our facility. This role is essential to ensuring a safe, sanitary, and organized environment for our employees and visitors. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work and be proactive in maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Key Responsibilities: Facility Cleaning: Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, kitchens, and common areas. Empty trash and recycling bins regularly. Restock paper products and cleaning supplies as needed. Floor Maintenance: Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in all designated areas. Perform routine floor care including buffing, waxing, and spot cleaning. Exterior Maintenance: Conduct light exterior cleaning such as sweeping entryways and removing debris. Maintain cleanliness of outdoor common areas. Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and paper products. Notify supervisor of low stock or supply needs. Safety & Compliance: Follow all safety procedures and guidelines. Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and responsibly. Other Duties: Assist with setup and cleanup for company events or meetings. Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous janitorial or custodial experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is required. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment. Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
