Description QuikCut, LLC is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Custodian to maintain cleanliness and hygiene across our facility. This role is essential to ensuring a safe, sanitary, and organized environment for our employees and visitors. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work and be proactive in maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Key Responsibilities: · Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, kitchens, and common areas. · Empty trash and recycling bins regularly. · Restock paper products and cleaning supplies as needed. · Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in all designated areas. · Perform routine floor care including buffing, waxing, and spot cleaning. · Conduct light exterior cleaning such as sweeping entryways and removing debris. · Maintain cleanliness of outdoor common areas. · Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and paper products. · Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and responsibly. · Assist with setup and cleanup for company events or meetings. Requirements Qualifications: · High school diploma or equivalent preferred. · Previous janitorial or custodial experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is a plus. · Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. · Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment. · Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
