Position: Part-Time Custodian Location: St. James at The Park Condominiums - Cincinnati, OH Pay Rate: $18-21/hour (based on experience and qualifications) Working Hours: Monday through Friday, 7am - 10am (15 hours per week) Who You Are: Relevant experience and a basic understanding of custodial duties. Capable of lifting and pushing 50 pounds and climbing stairs. Willing to submit to a drug and background check if offered the position. What You Will Do: Clean hallways, stairs, shared areas, elevators, and office spaces. Vacuum and mop floors. Dust furniture and fixtures. Clean and sanitize restrooms. Take out the garbage twice per week (includes pushing a dumpster to the outside garbage area). Responsibilities
