OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Part-Time Customer Care Representative to join our team! As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service and support. You’ll communicate with customers across multiple channels, assist with inquiries, and help promote our products and services. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy helping others.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in customer service or sales (experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality is a strong asset).
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
• Proficient in data entry; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
• Availability for evening shifts, typically 5 PM–9 PM on weekdays and weekends (Saturday and Sunday).

• Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
• Communicate professionally via phone, email, and chat.
• Apply strong phone etiquette to maintain a high level of professionalism.
• Accurately complete data entry and update customer information in our systems.
• Analyze customer feedback to help improve service delivery and satisfaction.
• Identify upselling opportunities by recommending relevant products or services.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve departmental goals and deliver consistent quality.
