ASSIST MY CUSTOMER BY OFFERING THEM AN EXCEPTIONAL PAYMENT EXPERIENCE.

  • Sell physically / digitally our available products meeting our customer’s needs with rapid, professional, safe and accurate checkout.
  • Offer customers suitable payment options (traditional, QCO, mobile).
  • Guarantee customer delight and loyalty by taking an active role; being attentive and available at the checkout, organising the flow of customers and encouraging feedback (customer reviews).
  • Welcome and interact with each customer by adopting the best posture (smile, hello).
  • Be fully competent in all checkout procedures, from opening to closing my checkout.
    Guarantee your customers’ and teammates safety (in your store, your products, and their data).

GUARANTEE THE BEST OMNICHANNEL USER EXPERIENCE TO FIT CUSTOMERS NEEDS.

  • Encourage my customer to join the membership program and accept personalised commercial communication, ensuring identified transactions.
  • Sell all solutions that fulfil the experience expected by the customer: Product (new, marketplace, second-life, Buyback, rental, subscription, gift cards …) and Services (repair, personalisation, decathlon coach…)
  • Acting through actions that preserve our resources and our societal impact (customer hanger retention, waste management through customer returns etc.)
  • Guarantee our products’ physical and digital availability by efficiently returning them to shelves/pegs.

MANAGE DIGITAL ORDERS TO GUARANTEE A UNIQUE AND SEAMLESS EXPERIENCE BETWEEN ONLINE AND IN-STORE.

  • Manage orders autonomously: receiving orders, storage, managing incidents.
  • Ensure C&C orders are efficiently prepared within 1 hour : preparation delay, traceability, and handing over in person.
