Description

The Company - Shotbowl Ltd is not only an internet trader, our Shop is probably the largest specialist bowls shop in the country with its own laser levelled rink for customers to try their bowls before they buy.
Shotbowl is also a specialist in all types of branded clothing. With over 25 years of experience. We offer embroidery and printing solutions to a wide range of clients as well as looking after over 30 schools with their school uniform clothing.
The Role - We are now looking for additional Part-Time Customer Service Advisors to work alongside our team.

The role will involve:

  • Serving customers in the shop;
  • Picking and processing web orders;
  • Updating customers on any delays;
  • Speaking to suppliers;
  • Receiving enquiries from potential and existing clients, discussing requirements, and recommending products and/or services;
  • Addressing customer complaints and problems;
  • Answering Emails;
  • Operating the till, taking payments for purchases;
  • General administration;

THE SKILLS:

The applicant will have good people skills and experience with serving customers, being confident on the telephone. Being a good team member is essential as well as being self motivated and well organised. Experience in stock control and knowledge of EPOS systems is desirable as the responsibility of managing and maintaining the correct levels is essential.
22 hours per week working Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £13,968.24 per year
