ABOUT THE ROLE:
This job role will require you to have a basic understanding of IT as you will be using new software’s and your work will be based on computers throughout the day. Once started you will be provided with full training on this and have a plan in place to ensure you are competent to work independently. You will need to be competent working with incoming and outgoing cash as you will be expected to count large sums of money independently. You must also have good customer service skills and be able to resolve customer issues with little or no assistance from others.
RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS:
Dealing with incoming and outgoing cash transactions from customers within branch.
Dealing with other, more complicated queries from customers.
Other counter transactions.
Keeping client data secure and following data protection rules.
Management of your own workspace and till, ensuring the cash amount is always correct.

Terms: Permanent – Part-Time - Expected hours 10-2 midweek and 9-12 Saturdays
