  Responsibility Handle office tasks such as ordering supplies, payment processing, maintenance, and replenishment Manage meeting room bookings and maintain scheduling accuracy. Share updated staff lists with the COE QA team to support compliance and quality assurance. Handle petty cash reimbursements and maintain accurate financial records. Send notifications regarding sick leave and ensure proper documentation. Support onboarding activities for new hires, including updating the attendance system (ACATS) and assisting with orientation processes. Requirements Diploma or above Prior experience in administrative or back-office support preferred Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel), 2FA Authenticator, and related applications Good command of written English and Chinese Independent, proactive, detail-minded, able to meet deadlines Working Schedule Monday to Friday 2 days per week (16 hours total) Work Location Mei Foo
