Overview IST Management is a rapidly growing business process outsourcing (BPO) company specializing in providing solutions for the management of digital and physical information through Facilities Management. Customer Service Office Associate is responsible for overseeing and executing all corporate services at the client's site, including: Scanning mail, hospitality, conference room set ups, mail, shipping & receiving, copy services, front desk reception coverage, light courier duties and periodic bank runs. Upkeep of the corporate office environment and common spaces (cleaning, organizing, stocking), and basic office services and administrative work as assigned. Ideal candidates are self-starters with great attention to detail. Compensation: USD $16/hr to USD $18/hr Hours: Monday-Friday When needed during regular business hours 8-5pm Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, STD, LTD, Life, 401k, and Paid Time Off, Bonus Incentives Responsibilities Scanning and assigning the mail Maintain the highest levls of customer care and demonstrate a friendly and copperative attitude Consistenly adhere to business procedures guidelines Pantry and hospitality support Provide back-up receptionist Copy services - demonstrating flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment Handing time-sensitive and/or confidential information and materials Taking direction from supervisor or site manager Participating in cross-training Courier delivery and pick up in a 5-block radius. Maintain all logs and reporting documentation with attention to detail Adhering to all safety procedures Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent - college degree is a plus and allows a fast track plan to management Scanning Exp a plus Legal Exp a plus Must have the ability to move items and be on your feet for long periods of time.
