Changi Airport Recreation Club (CARC) is looking for a Part-Time Customer Relations Officer to join our team! If you have a passion for customer service and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we’d love to hear from you!
Location: Changi Airport Terminal 2
Salary: $10/hr
Shifts: Afternoon shift only (minimum 3 days per week, including weekends & public holidays)
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage customer relations and inquiries (phone, walk-ins, online bookings)
✅ Handle facilities & membership payment transactions (Cash, NETS & QR)
✅ Maintain weekly & monthly activity reports
✅ Assist in room bookings, logistics setup, teardown & event coordination
✅ Update bookings in CMS and simple notices on the website
✅ Cover duties when staff are on leave/MC
✅ Ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
✔ Relevant experience in customer service
✔ Proficient in Microsoft Office
✔Able to commit to afternoon shifts, weekends & public holidays
