JOB OVERVIEW

ServiceOntario Kingston Office, privately and independently owned, is looking for Part-time Customer Service Representatives/Licence Clerks. Students are encouraged to apply. On average this position will have 20-30 hours per week and extra hours when required. We are looking for a flexible person who is willing to work as a team member. The ideal candidate would be a mature person with good computer and customer service skills and is able to work in a busy office environment. French Language skills are an asset.
Hours of work will be between Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 8:00 pm and Saturdays 9:00-5:00, with little expectation of overtime.
For students, shifts available would be afternoons and evenings, 3 pm-8 pm or 5 pm-8pm and Saturdays 9am-5pm.
This position requires someone who is patient with customers and can offer attention to detail in their work. A significant amount of information is needed to learn at first so the applicant must be able to learn quickly. We are a private and independently owned office, therefore this is not a government position and benefits are not currently available. If interested, please submit an online application.
