PART-TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (WEEKENDS)

We’re looking for a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team — someone who’s confident on the phone, sharp with technology, and ready to fight for every job. This position is primarily for weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday), with weekday availability required for training. There are opportunities for additional hours or full-time work in the near future.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Grade 12 diploma
  • Clean criminal record check
  • Weekend availability
  • Weekday availability for training
    Experience in customer service, dispatch, or administrative support is an asset — but we’re happy to train the right person who brings a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.

  • Making outbound campaign calls (e.g., membership follow-ups, install check-ins)
  • Keeping up with daily and weekly administrative tasks
  • Maintaining high customer satisfaction and team communication
