JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic part time Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. This role requires strong communication skills, a friendly disposition, and the ability to handle various customer inquiries while promoting our products and services from the hours of 12.30 to 4.30pm Monday to Friday.

SKILLS

  • Proficient in English; bilingual skills in Spanish or other languages are highly desirable.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess situations and provide effective solutions.
  • Experience in data entry with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Multilingual abilities are an asset, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
