Overview We are seeking a Part Time Customer Service Representative to join our team at IST Management Services in Irvine, CA! Ideal candidates will have relevant experience in mail operations, customer service and a desire to grow their professional career in business services. Responsibilities The Part Time Customer Service Representative will be responsible for package and mail delivery in a campus environment. Mail Operations - Sort incoming mail and handle according to established procedures Package Operations - Sort, tag and deliver incoming packages Customer Service - Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment Adhere to all safety procedures Take direction from the site manager and assistant site manager Participate in cross-training Perform other tasks as assigned to uphold client and site needs Qualifications Ideal candidates will have relevant experience in mail operations, customer service and computers: Valid Driver's License required Prior mail or shipping/receiving experience is a plus High school diploma or equivalent (GED) - College Degree is a plus Professional appearance and demeanor Keyboarding and Windows environment PC skills; Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment Ability to multi-task effectively; Ability to meet employer's attendance policy Lifting up to 55 pounds IST Management provides reasonable accommodations to individuals with a disability in accordance with applicable law in both the application and employment stages.
