You'll be the friendly, helpful voice behind our customer interactions—managing emails and live chats, supported by our AI chatbot Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat Help review past interactions and optimize support workflows Train and fine-tune our AI chatbot using ChatGPT Work closely with the team to enhance the overall customer experience Fluent in English (written and spoken) Advanced experience using ChatGPT Proficient with Grammarly Expert-level Gmail skills Familiarity with Shopify Admin (preferred) Bonus: Experience with Tidio (chat software) Organized, proactive, and available for 40 hours/week during PST business hours Able to work 20-25 hours/week Full-time Competitive Salary in USD Work From Anywhere
