Trailways of New York, a prominent family-owned intercity bus company established in 1926, is currently seeking dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our team at our corporate office in Hurley, NY.

• Providing prompt and professional assistance to customers via telephone and email.
• Communicating accurate information about bus fares, schedules, and services.
• Resolving customer inquiries and complaints with effective solutions in real-time.
• Fostering calm, cooperative interactions with customers to ensure positive experiences.
• Collaborating with the Call Center team in an office-based environment at our corporate office located at 499 Hurley Avenue, Hurley, NY. (This is not a remote-work position.)
