• Ensure deli displays are fresh, appetizing, and well-stocked throughout the day
• Engage with customers, offering product knowledge, recipe ideas, and personal recommendations
• Maintain high food safety and hygiene standards in line with HACCP and store policies
• Deliver top-quality customer service, handling queries efficiently and professionally
