JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and organized experienced Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional front desk support in a fast-paced dental office environment. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar medical office role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with dental terminology, medical billing, and care plans is essential.
  • Proficient in using dental systems such as Exact
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate various software applications effectively.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on patient satisfaction.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while managing individual responsibilities effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Greet patients warmly and manage the front desk operations.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments using SOE systems such as Exact
  • Handle patient inquiries and provide information regarding services offered.
  • Verify insurance information and assist with insurance claims processing.
  • Maintain accurate patient records while adhering to HIPAA regulations.
  • Perform medical billing and coding tasks, including CPT coding and ICD-10 documentation.
  • Review documentation for completeness and accuracy before filing.
  • Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, ensuring prompt response to calls.
  • Assist with clerical duties such as filing, typing, and data entry using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Support the dental team with administrative tasks as needed.
