A fantastic opportunity for a motivated and hard working individual to join our growing and dedicated dental team 32 hours per week over 4 days - Wednesday to Saturday.
We believe that the reception team are at the heart of the practice, and it is very important to us that our patients receive the highest quality, and friendly service possible.

As a Dental Receptionist your duties will include:

• Greeting patients and visitors to the practice.
• Dealing with any patient queries over the phone, in person or by email.
• Work closely with individual clinicians to ensure optimal diary management.
• Support clinicians and management team with admin/compliance tasks.
• Filing/record keeping in line with GDPR and practice procedure.
• Manage incoming and outgoing post, including dental lab work.
• Money movement, including banking.
• Basic stock control.

Full training will be provided, however the ideal candidate will be a dedicated, reliable and professional individual, who will thrive in a busy environment and always put our patients first.
