P/T Receptionist needed in a stat-of-the-art, fully digital office in North Burnaby for 3 days (Wed, Thur, Fri or Tues, Wed, Thur). We are privately owned and have no affiliation with corporations. Min 1yr experience is mandatory and must be able to work independently with strong communication, A/R, and cheque deposits. Past formal training is preferred but not mandatory for the right individual. Experience with Tracker is mandatory. Position can to morph to F/T. Dental assisting experience would be a fantastic asset - but not a must.
Hours are set (Wed & Thur are mandatory).
Start date: Oct 2025.
Tues: 11-7/ Wed: 10-6/ Thur: 9-5/ Fri: 9-5.
