Description Hours: 20 hours per week | Flexible Schedule Pay: $25 – $35 per hour, based on experience and fit Adventure Tours, one of the fastest-growing motorcoach companies on the East Coast, is seeking an experienced Part-Time Diesel Mechanic to support our maintenance team in Philadelphia, PA. With five locations from New York to North Carolina, we are a dynamic and expanding company in the exciting travel and tourism industry. Our Philadelphia operation offers a great opportunity to work in a flexible and rewarding environment while supporting a diverse fleet. We service equipment from Cummins, Allison, Detroit Diesel, Ford, Van Hool, MCI, and Prevost, providing a wide variety of hands-on experience for motivated technicians. What You’ll Do: Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on motorcoaches Ensure safety and compliance across all serviced vehicles Work independently and efficiently during assigned hours Contribute to a reliable, professional fleet operation What We’re Looking For: Diesel repair experience (required) Own tools (required) Coach or bus experience (preferred) CDL license (a plus, but not required) Flexible availability and a commitment to quality work Strong work ethic and self-motivation Why Join Adventure Tours?
