Description FLSA Classification: Non-exempt Reports to: Wholesale Operations Manager Work Location: Remote Hours/Days: 5pm-9pm Eastern Time/Monday - Friday Summary: The Disclosure Desk Analyst reviews and delivers loan disclosure documents, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in compliance with relevant lending laws, while delivering excellent customer service. Duties and Responsibilities Verify the accuracy of loan documents and ensure disclosures comply with federal and state regulations. Prepare and deliver loan disclosures within established timeframes Work closely with brokers to resolve any documentation issues to ensure timely generation of disclosures Monitor workflows, prioritize and manage pipeline to meet deadlines Keep current on loan products, guidelines and requirements such as TRID, RESPA, and HMDA Other duties as assigned Requirements Qualifications Mortgage industry experience required Understanding of mortgage lending regulations Attention to detail Strong organizational skills Proficiency with MS Word and Excel Effective oral and written communication skills Top notch customer service
