DISHWASHER

• Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils and other kitchen equipment to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
• Ensure all items are stored in their proper places after cleaning to maintain organization and efficiency.
• Maintain the dishwashing area, sinks, and floor clean and organized to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment.
• Dispose of kitchen waste and garbage appropriately to prevent contamination and maintain a clean workspace.
• Report any faulty or damaged equipment to the supervisor promptly to prevent delays and maintain productivity.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards in a Halal kitchen environment to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a good reputation.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is a plus, but not required.
• Must be physically fit to stand for long periods and lift heavy loads up to 20kg.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment with a reliable and hardworking attitude.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays, and maintain a regular attendance record.
