The Hilton Garden Inn and Homewood Suites by Hilton Ottawa Downtown, is conveniently situated in downtown Ottawa, steps from Parliament Hill with LRT transportation at the hotel’s front door for easy access to many points of interest including festival venues. The hotel features 171 extended-stay guest rooms under the Homewood Suites by Hilton banner and 175 units providing short-stay accommodations under the Hilton Garden Inn banner and a total of 4,500 square feet of conference space, which includes our Tulip restaurant and bar, a pool and fitness facility.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Dishwasher plays an important role in the overall Food & Beverage operations. Some of the responsibilities and expectations of the Dishwasher include being able to:

• Operate in a fast-paced environment
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of kitchen, storage, and restaurant space
• Clean and sanitize dishware & surfaces
• Maintain excellence and speed of production
• Assist with receiving of kitchen inventory (food, dishware, cleaning supplies, etc…)
• Provide support to Back of House and Front of House Team Members
• Focus on hospitality with guests and colleagues
• Other duties as assigned
