Description JOB SUMMARY As a Dishmachine Operator (DMO) at Bear Tooth, you'll be responsible for ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and equipment used in our kitchens and restaurants are clean, sanitized, and organized. If you're someone who takes pride in keeping things tidy and loves working in a fast-paced environment, we have a fantastic opportunity for you! We are hiring part-time Dishwashers with Friday and Saturday availability. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Duties & Responsibilities Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and policy procedures Gather bins of dishes and supplies from the kitchens Organize dishes, utensils, and equipment for cleaning Safely handle and change out dish machine chemicals as needed Wash, sanitize, and dry all dishes and restaurant equipment Deliver dishes, utensils, and equipment to their designated locations Promptly report equipment quality issues to a Manager Complete all opening, closing, and side duties Work as a team with your fellow co-workers and treat each other with kindness and respect Requirements Qualifications Must be 16 years of age or older with a Municipality of Anchorage Food Handlers Card. Previous dishwashing experience is preferred but not required.
