Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you passionate about fostering a workplace where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered to thrive? We’re looking for a proactive, organised and empathetic individual to join our team as a DI&B Coordinator.
This role is perfect for someone with a “can-do” attitude and a genuine desire to contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment. Reporting to the DI&B Advisor, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our DI&B initiatives through event coordination, communication, and, crucially, diversity data analysis and reporting.
This is a part-time position, working 22.5 hours per week. The role is hybrid, however candidates must live within a reasonable commuting distance of our Leeds City Centre office, as regular on-site meetings and collaboration will be required.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Event & training coordination: Help organise and coordinate DI&B events, workshops, and training sessions. This includes managing logistics, scheduling, and communicating with participants and facilitators.
  • Communication: Support internal communications related to DI&B initiatives, helping to draft internal announcements and updates, staff intranet pages, presentations and marker day celebrations.
  • Liaison: Act as a key point of contact for general DI&B inquiries, providing administrative and liaison support to the DI&B Advisor, People Operations team and the DI&B Forum.
  • Engagement support: Assist in supporting the engagement activities of our internal staff Communities of Belonging and in building relationships with external partners.
  • Data handling & analysis: Be responsible for collecting, organising, and analysing DI&B-related data, sensitively and confidentially. You’ll help track key metrics, prepare reports, and identify trends to inform our DI&B Strategy.
  • General administration: Provide broader administrative and project support to the DI&B function as needed.
