Description Management Planning, Inc. (MPI) is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to assist with the digitization and organization of our physical file archives. This temporary, part-time position will involve scanning, organizing, and filing paper documents to support our ongoing records management and modernization efforts. The position will last through approximately year-end 2025. Key Responsibilities: · Scan, catalog, and organize a large volume of physical documents from multiple filing cabinets. · Maintain accurate electronic records and file naming conventions in accordance with MPI standards. · Perform quality control checks to ensure digital files are complete, legible, and properly categorized. · Manage and reorganize physical files as necessary to ensure secure and accessible storage. · Handle sensitive and confidential information in accordance with company policies. · Track progress and report regularly to the project supervisor. Qualifications: · Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. · Ability to work independently and maintain focus on repetitive tasks. · Basic proficiency with computers, scanners, and file organization software. · Prior experience with document scanning or administrative filing preferred, but not required. · Ability to lift and move boxes or files up to 25 pounds. Position Details: Status: Part-Time, Temporary (through approximately December 31, 2025) Compensation: $25 per hour Schedule: Approximately 20–28 hours per week (flexible schedule available) Location: On-site at MPI’s Lawrenceville, NJ office
