Available Shifts: Monday-Thursday: Morning: 9am-2pm, Afternoon: 1pm-6pm, Evening: 4pm-9pm Friday: Morning: 9am-2pm, Afternoon: 1pm-6pm Saturday and Sunday: Morning: 10am-2pm **Hours are flexible, but must be available 20-25 hours per week** Bonus Alert: If you're proficient in both English and Spanish, you may qualify for additional compensation as a bilingual Donor Scheduler! What You’ll Do: Inspire donors to schedule life-saving appointments and donate blood Guide donors through the process, answering questions and addressing concerns with care Promote exciting local blood drives and special events to encourage donations Help us crush collection goals and ensure our community has the blood it needs What You'll Need: You must be local to our headquarters division in Gainesville, FL Maintain a dedicated, distraction-free workspace Access to a personal computer with reliable internet, a high-quality headset, and a webcam for virtual meetings Remain accessible via email, Slack, and phone during scheduled work hours Adhere to data security protocols and maintain confidentiality of donor information Maintain consistent and reliable transportation for occasional in-office meetings or training Attendance and punctuality are essential in this remote role Performance goals and metrics are clearly communicated and monitored to ensure your success What You'll Bring: Excellent communication skills – you’ll be the friendly voice that motivates others A love for connecting with people and motivating them to make a difference Comfort using phones and computers (we’ll provide training!) This is a part-time position. Starting salary range is $14.00 - $15.40 an hour. Criminal background check and drug screen required upon conditional offer of hire.
