What You'll Do: Engage homeowners directly at their residences to introduce Lifestyle Home Products and True North Bath Remodel. Pre-qualify homeowner interest in our products and services. Schedule qualified in-home consultation appointments for our sales team. Accurately log homeowner information and appointment details using our mobile CRM app. Represent our brands professionally and ethically in all field activities. Key Deliverables: 6-12 qualified leads/appointments per week (12-25 hours/week, flexible, evenings/week weekends). Who Are You: Outgoing, confident, and possess excellent interpersonal skills. Resilient and able to handle rejection positively. Self-motivated, ethical, and customer-service oriented. Comfortable using mobile CRM applications and GPS tools. Prior canvassing or sales experience is preferred but not required – we provide comprehensive training! Compensation & Benefits: We offer a highly competitive compensation package designed to reward top performers: Hourly Base Pay: $21/hour Incentives: Demo Bonus: $45 per qualified in-home consultation (demo). Earning Potential: High-performing representatives can average $750 - $1,000+ per week, combining base pay and demo bonuses.
