The E-Commerce Shopper is responsible for accurately and efficiently receiving, selecting and bagging customerâ€™s orders, while providing attentive and friendly customer service.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Follow all Federal, State, and Local regulations as well as company policies regarding cashier operations, safety, and sanitation Select customer orders efficiently and accurately and bagging customer orders Provide courteous customer service; using â€œpleaseâ€� and â€œthank youâ€�, smiling, maintain eye contact with customers, and direct them to appropriate manager if necessary Stock supplies in immediate area, as well as return shop backs, retrieve carts, and perform miscellaneous cleaning, facing, and straighten various shelf sections Responsible for assembling customerâ€™s online orders Ability to navigate through the store and accurately identify products for customer ordersMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Ability to read, write, and perform basic math functions Possess basic computer skills Possess strong communication skillsPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS EQUIPMENT USED Operation of the following Instacart Cell Phone Telephone system Scanner Scale Shopping cart Ladder (must be at least 18 years of age) Our Company does not discriminate against individuals on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, affection or sexual orientation, disability, age, marital status, liability for military service, status as a veteran, gender identity or expression, genetic information, pregnancy, and any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, or local laws.
