JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in early childhood education and demonstrate a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. This role involves developing and implementing engaging curricula that promote the holistic development of children, while also ensuring their safety and well-being.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience working with children in an educational setting, such as preschool or daycare.
  • Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
  • Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, and standardized testing methods.
  • Strong bilingual (Eng/Chin) communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Experience in behavior management techniques and classroom management strategies.
  • Background in special education or tutoring is a plus.
  • Ability to create an inclusive environment that respects diverse backgrounds and learning styles.
    Job Type: Part-time
    Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
