CCCG Preschool is a Christian, faith-based early learning center committed to nurturing young children in a loving, Christ-centered environment. Our program is Reggio Emilia-inspired, promoting learning, exploration, and spiritual growth through play-based activities. We celebrate each child’s unique abilities and strive to provide a strong foundation rooted in faith and education.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Faith Commitment: Must be comfortable working in a Christian preschool setting and integrating faith-based principles into teaching.
• Certification: Must hold an Alberta Early Childhood Educator Certification (Level 1, 2, or 3). Candidates without certification will not be considered.
• Clearances: Must have a valid police background check with a vulnerable sector screening.
• First Aid: Valid First Aid and CPR certification.
• Experience: Previous experience in a childcare or educational setting is preferred.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with parents, staff, and children.
• Passion for early childhood education and faith-based learning.

• Implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans that align with Christian values.
• Provide a safe, nurturing, and faith-filled environment for children.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
• Incorporate Christian teachings into daily interactions and activities.
• Monitor and assess child development.
• Collaborate with other teachers to ensure a cohesive and Christ-centered learning environment.
• Maintain a clean, organized classroom and adhere to all licensing regulations.
