Job Title: Part-Time Electric Scooter Service Technician

Job Type: Part-Time (10–20 hours/week)
Pay: $25–$30 per hour

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2 years of experience on electrical or mechanical repairs
  • Hands-on experience with lithium batteries, motors, and control systems
  • Previous work in a repair shop, after-sales service center, or related factory environment
  • Experience servicing multiple brands (Kaabo, Segway, Dualtron, NIU, etc.)
  • Involvement in service process optimization or repair standards creation

This part-time position is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in electric scooter repair, who can work independently and ensure high-quality service for our customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on electric scooters
  • Replace or repair batteries, motors, controllers, brakes, and suspension components
  • Use tools such as screwdrivers, hex keys, multimeters, and soldering equipment
  • Read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical issues
  • Assess damaged parts and recommend replacements
  • Maintain accurate repair records, including part numbers, labor time, and costs
  • Communicate effectively with customer service staff and customers to explain repair solutions and costs
  • Follow all safety procedures and operational guidelines
