We’re working with a leading food manufacturing business in Driffield to recruit a part-time Electrical Maintenance Engineer with a strong hands-on approach and a solid track record in fast-paced production environments.
If you’re experienced in electrical systems and thrive in a setting where no two days are the same, this is a fantastic opportunity for flexible, long-term work.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair electrical systems across all production and factory equipment.
  • Conduct reactive fault-finding and implement preventative maintenance measures.
  • Collaborate with the production team to resolve breakdowns quickly.
  • Help train production staff in basic electrical troubleshooting.
  • Ensure all electrical systems comply with safety and operational standards.
  • Contribute ideas for efficiency and system improvements.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Electrical engineering background with practical experience in manufacturing (ideally food or FMCG).
  • Proven ability to fault-find and repair under pressure.
  • Solid understanding of safety regulations and factory procedures.
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a small, focused team.
  • Comfortable with rotating part-time hours and working on bank holidays.
