Responsibilities

We’re seeking a creative, results-driven email marketing specialist who transforms strategy into compelling stories that drive sales. You’ll create email marketing and CRM lifecycle campaigns for both brands, crafting everything from one-off promos to automated flows. As we scale, you’ll help shape broader digital strategies, experiment with innovative ideas, and boost retention and engagement to deliver measurable business impact.

  • Campaign Execution: Design, build, and execute compelling email campaigns, newsletters, product launches, and promotions for Asheville Dispensary and Plant Bar, ensuring brand voice and visual consistency.

  • Audience Segmentation: Create and manage targeted audience segments for personalized, high-impact messaging tailored to customer behaviors and preferences.
  • Testing & Analytics: Lead A/B testing for subject lines, content, send times, and CTAs to boost KPIs (e.g., open rates, CTR, conversions, and minimize unsubscribes).
  • Performance Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, delivering data-driven insights and recommendations to enhance results.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with design, content, retail, and e-commerce teams to align campaigns with brand goals and ensure cohesive customer experiences.
  • Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure all campaigns adhere to industry regulations, particularly for cannabis marketing, and follow best practices for deliverability and engagement.
  • Creative Innovation: Experiment with innovative content strategies and leverage AI tools to enhance campaign performance and streamline workflows.
