Job Title: Part-Time Cleaning Specialist needed for 3 year renewable contracts on Wednesdays and Sundays All Tech Engineering & True Green
Location: Grand Prairie, TX
Pay: $400 a month
Employment Type: 1099 (Independent Contractor)

Job Description: We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Cleaning Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning and organizing our clients’ facilities, ensuring they are sparkling clean and tidy. This is a part-time position, and requires the candidate to clean on Wednesday and Sunday evenings or nights after 6pm.
Responsibilities:
Clean and organize the interior of clients’ facilities, including offices, classrooms, break areas, bathrooms, and kitchens.
Dust, vacuum, and mop floors, carpets, and furniture.
Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
Dispose of trash and recycling materials.
Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly maintained and stored.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a commercial cleaner or housekeeper.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for cleaning and organizing.
Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Must have reliable transportation to travel to clients’ facilities.
Requirements:
Must have a valid driver’s license and insurance.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must be able to pass a background and drug test.
Must have a smartphone with internet access to download Homebase app.
