Description
The Jockey Club School of Public Health and Primary Care Part-time Executive Officer I The School is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Executive Officer I for a part-time position to facilitate the wrap-up of projects. The successful candidate should possess strong organisational skills, a high sense of responsibility, and the ability to work independently. The appointee will be responsible for (a) ensuring the project’s proper wrap-up, including preparation of purchase order reports and audit reports; (b) following up on audit matters and addressing finance enquiries related to the project; (c) collaborating with relevant stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met; and (d) assisting with any additional tasks as assigned to support project completion. Applicants should have (i) a Bachelor’s degree or above; (ii) fulfilled the English language requirements set out on the website: https://www.hro.cuhk.edu.hk/en-gb/languageforeo; (iii) at least 8 years’ managerial experience in academic institutions/non-government organisations/ health related sectors; (iv) a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); and (v) experience in managing research projects. Appointment will initially be made on a 3-month contract, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
