SCHEDULE

Part-time hours: 25 - 30 per week over four weekdays (Monday–Friday)

  • 9:30 AM – 3:30 PM

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be able to work onsite in downtown Vancouver four days per week — this is not a remote or hybrid position
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant or in a similar role
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PDF editing
  • Excellent computer literacy and ability to troubleshoot basic tech issues
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable with multitasking and following detailed instructions
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
