Job Responsibilities: Provide exceptional service to customers in the branch. Process sales orders efficiently. Handle customer inquiries and applications. Offer support for company events as needed. Job Requirements: HKCEE / HKDSE or above, with at least 1 year of experience in customer service. A proactive team player who can also work independently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin. Immediate availability is preferred. Ability to work 3 to 5 days per week. Fresh graduates will also be considered.
