This provides a wealth of opportunities for CPD and support and opportunities for future career progression.
The successful candidate will be teaching in EYFS.

We are looking for an individual to join our team who:

  • can demonstrate strong practice, with the ability to inspire and motivate children to achieve their full potential
  • has an excellent understanding of the EYFS curriculum and assessment procedures and know how to effectively engage Foundation Stage children in their learning
  • be confident in establishing a creative and stimulating curriculum and learning environment
  • has the ability to forge excellent relationships with colleagues, parents and most importantly, our children
  • has high expectations and an unwavering belief in the potential of every child,
  • has a strong commitment to inclusive practice
  • be supportive towards our caring ethos.

We can offer:

  • enthusiastic learners who are eager to please and achieve
  • an opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of children
  • a welcoming, friendly and supportive team who work together to ensure the best outcomes for all our children
  • a commitment to professional learning and development, including opportunities arising from being part of ECM
  • professional networks with staff from our other Trust schools
