Kismet Kebabs is a leading food manufacturing site specializing in Frozen Kebabs, Chicken Kebabs and semi cooked and sliced Kebabs. We pride ourselves on our commitment to quality, innovation and excellence. We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team in LATCHINGDON, Essex. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various departments on site. This role is crucial in ensuring a welcoming and safe environment for both employees and clients. The Cleaner will work independently, following established cleaning protocols and standards.
Expected hours of work will 06.00am to 09.00am Monday to Friday

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
• A strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently without supervision are essential skills for this role.
• Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and techniques is advantageous.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively to meet deadlines are important.
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene is required.

• Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
• Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and common areas (NOT including production areas) to ensure high standards of hygiene.
• Dispose of waste materials in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any shortages or equipment malfunctions.
• Follow specific cleaning schedules and protocols as directed by management.
• Ensure that all cleaning equipment is used safely and maintained in good working condition.
• Respond promptly to any urgent cleaning requests or spills as they arise.
